Energy Arts (Children's Program)
A training program for young people which utilises the performing arts to inspire creative thinking. This program recognises the theories based on multiple intelligences and encourages students to develop their senses so that they may discover their own individual strengths and natural abilities. These empowering skills may be applied socially or in the classroom to encourage more effective learning.
McDonald Performing Arts College (Training Organisation)
The McDonald Performing Arts College is a professional training facility established in 1926. Francois Awad produced and managed three new projects within the Sydney organisation, including the opening of the Newcastle campus. The Musical Theatre Program offers classes in dance, drama and singing with four levels and four annual showcases. The Streaming Dance Company featured 40 professional and apprentice artists who worked with high profile choreographers including Rafael Bonachela (Artistic Director of Sydney Dance Company) and Bonnie Lithgoe (So You Think You Can Dance). A Newcastle campus offering these programs was then opened featuring a specialised faculty of local and international artists.
Nature Care (Training Organisation)
A long established natural therapies college that focuses on training and qualifications for natural health practitioners. Francois Awad produces online video content.
Jerome Baudel (Guest Speaker)
Founding director of Connecting Light (international energy healing institute) and founder of Ashati (personal development and healing system). Francois Awad produced and directed online video content and coordinated live events featuring Jerome Baudel and other high profile guests.
Elsa Lafon (Guest Speaker)
Teacher, healer and guest speaker of energy healing and meditation based on the French Island of Reunion (near Madagascar). Francois Awad produced and directed online video content with Elsa Lafon, which has featured in international tourism campaigns and initiatives.
Betty Tannous (Guest Speaker)
Betty Tannous is a business consultant who specialises in professionalism and ethics. She is contracted as a business development adviser and guest speaker at leading national conferences. Francois Awad produces online video content.
Dance Intensity (Training Organisation)
An intensive performing arts training program which was offered in over 20 locations within Australia. The faculty featured over 30 high profile directors and choreographers including John O’Connell (film choreographer of Moulin Rouge & Strictly Ballroom), William Forsythe (choreographer for Kylie Minogue) and Rob Guest (Phantom of the Opera).

Kids in the Park (Event)
A large scale event hosted at Sydney Olympic Park with a crew of over 50 artists, performers, designers and activity co-ordinators. Thousands of children passed through the event each school holiday period.

Pineapple Dance Studios (Training Organisation)
A performing arts training facility based in London’s West End which hosts classes, auditions and rehearsals for international artists. Francois Awad co-ordinated arts development initiatives including the resident dance company Y@P and a training program tour to Cardiff, Wales.
